We offer a range of ready-made student planners and teacher planners to buy today. These are non-customised, standard cover planners that you can have in your students' or staff's hands in 7-10 days

Delivery & Returns

Standard UK Delivery is available on all products available to buy online today. Items will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier depending on quantity, and will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Quotations for Custom Planners

School Diaries offers free, no obligation quotes for all school planners and print requests, including more complex jobs requiring creative design.  We endeavour to provide all quotations within 24 hours of receiving (Weekdays: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm).

Artwork for Custom Planners

School Diaries archive all customer artwork from previous years on file, so we can quickly organise planner reprints from year to year.  We can also speedily make amendments to previous artwork, to include updated content, for example new school rules and procedures.

All proofs of artwork will be approved through our online proofing portal which is accessible through our website.  When you place your order with School Diaries your online log-in will be provided by a member of our customer service team (Please keep this information safe for future use).  For more information on how our proofing system works please contact us.

School Diaries Limited has a full in-house design team who will work with you on any bespoke or school specific requirements; from making simple changes to current designs or populating copy provided into the correct planner format; to liaising with schools to create complete design projects from start to finish.

Ordering Custom Planners

Online orders can be placed and paid for right here on our website. All customer orders are to be placed with our customer service team by phone or email.  Our production time frames change depending on the quantity and complexity levels of your project; however School Diaries are flexible with customer requirements as a result of having a complete production and mailing facility on site.

We charge for delivery based on the total weight of the consignment, via courier to the UK, overseas deliveries are also available.  School Diaries can deliver within the 6 weeks holiday and right up to the start of the new school year, to ensure planners are delivered for students returning.  Please speak to a customer advisor to discuss any specific deadlines or delivery concerns in good time.

Invoicing & Payment

For online orders, payment can be made instantly by Shopify Payments for all major debit and credit cards, or Paypal. For custom projects, School Diaries will invoice your project on completion and our standard terms of payment are within 30 days via BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services) or credit card payments.
